Finally completed this huge painting, it's been on quite a journey, with many thin layers of paint, especially on the bottom half of the canvas.

Do you like the photo? It's propped up against our old Campervan, bought on Ebay years ago and still going strong. Obviously a few breakdowns on the way :) I think it gives an impression of the scale quite well.

The painting is 1.5x2m, titled Apricot Light, and is acrylic on canvas. Free delivery in the UK!!

BIG canvas...and tiny canvas

Nearly finished! This big canvas has been on quite a journey from dark blues and whites to teal, apricot and something altogether gentler.

This tiny 30x30cm canvas is full if very bright pinks and reds...a good opposite in both scale, intensity of tone and palette.

Latest work on the go...and latest work sold

I have been so happy and pleased to be working on a huge canvas for my portfolio, it's getting close to completion....I will miss having it in my studio but as it's so large I will have to store it elsewhere.

I have also been working on a few smaller paintings too, see 'Midnight Garden' below.

Finally, here are a couple of painting sold in last couple of weeks, Blues And Greens is a commission, and Pastoral View was kindly sold by the Serena Hall Gallery based in Southwold, Suffolk.
